Job Title: IT Support Associate

Location: Englewood, CO (Fully On-site)

Role Type: Contract

Duration: Minimum 8-12 weeks with possibility of extension

Job Summary: The IT Warehouse Support Associate will be responsible for assisting with IT hardware setup, and the shipping and receiving of equipment through our warehouse in Englewood, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill equipment requests by setting up, packaging, and shipping items from our IT warehouse.

• Assist with inventory asset management.

• Work independently, utilizing resources with good judgment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a fulfillment/distribution center, warehouse, or similar role.

• Previous experience in inventory, customer service, or IT asset management is strongly desired.

• Experience with Windows PC device setup is a plus but not required.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to frequently lift, move, and maneuver 75 lbs or more.

• Must be available to work in the office Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST.

Compensation: $20-22/hr
