Salary: $80K - $90K + 5%-10% Annual Bonus

Oversee full-cycle accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial and operational goals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in pivot tables and handling large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of fixed assets, job costing, and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
