Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our client in this exciting role in Englewood, CO. In this position, you will serve as the right hand to the Controller and a business partner with sales, operations, and other departments. Apply today!

Compensation

The annual salary range is $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health benefits, dental, vision, life and short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), and more.

Hours and Location

This is an ONSITE position, Monday-Friday in Englewood, CO.

Responsibilities

· Managing General Ledger and reconciliation processes.

· Supporting month-end and year-end close.

· Assisting with internal and external audits.

· Managing the sales tax process and ensuring timely filing.

· Tracking fixed assets and depreciation.

· Ensuring monthly bank reconciliations.

· Assisting with credit card posting.

· Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger and account balances.

· Posting and accruing payroll journal entries weekly.

· Managing accrued expenses and prepaids.

· Handling property tax accruals.

· Reconciling clearing accounts and credit card clearing accounts.

· Performing intercompany reconciliation.

· Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliation.

· Assisting with WIP reporting and job costing processes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years of relevant full cycle accounting experience

· Knowledge of Sage, Avalara, SAP or Netsuite, preferred

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Great communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
