LHH has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Erlanger. This opportunity is great for anyone that has done data entry or administrative work and is looking to work with a major non-profit organization.

Applicants can expect to work alongside the administrative team and performing various computer related tasks related to entering data, usage of Excel and Power Point, documenting interactions, faxing, scanning, and handling a wide array of administrative duties. Responsibilities:

  • Everyday usage of the Microsoft Office products
  • Entering data into a database as well as in Excel spreadsheets
  • Reviewing and filing records
  • Light Customer Service
  • General administrative assistant

Qualifications:
  • A background in either data entry, customer service, or a receptionist is preferred
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • High School Diploma
Skills:
  • A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as Microsoft Office products
  • Multi-tasking
  • High level of professionalism
Experience:
  • Two years of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract to Hire
Compensation:
  • $16.00 to $16.40 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours a week
  • 8am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
