About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of administrative experience for our client located in Erlanger, KY. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 to $17.50 and provides an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation

  • Assist with data entry and database management

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
