This 100% onsite role offers you a chance to grow and advance within the company while working a convenient first shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Administrative Support:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors with a smile.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and creativity.
Efficient Documentation and Filing:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation and review of documents for accuracy and completeness.
Keep records updated and meticulously filed for quick retrieval.
Accurate Data Entry:
Enter and update data in various systems with high accuracy.
Generate and compile reports as required, showcasing your attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Effective Office Management:
Monitor and order office supplies to keep the office running smoothly.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings, bringing your organizational flair.
Outstanding Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch administrative support.
