Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Erlanger, KY
Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday

Essential Functions:

  • Gather and analyze membership and organizational data to identify and display key trends and metrics.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help internal and external customers understand department and business performance.

  • Identify specific opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

  • Work with the National Membership Director to define project objectives and build detailed project plans for the Membership department, including all aspects of appeals/mailings.

  • Coordinate, assign priority, and schedule department projects based on department and business goals and initiatives.

  • Coordinate with IT, Fundraising, and other internal teams to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and satisfy the needs of the department.

  • Test business processes and recommend improvements.

  • Provide analysis of department systems, such as Sharepoint, CRM, Convention Web Application, and Membership Database.

  • Proactively identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline and simplify defined processes.

  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to identify and recommend improvements.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.

  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

  • Effectively represent the department as the subject matter expert in convention registration, credentials, and roll call voting.

  • Lead “on-call” application support.

  • Travel to the National Convention may be required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Two years of experience in Direct Marketing or Direct Mail (or any combination of education and experience that provides the skills and abilities to perform the job required).

  • Thorough understanding of Direct Marketing and Digital Campaigns.

  • Ability to communicate messages effectively in writing, including the ability to explain technical issues to a variety of audiences with varying levels of knowledge and experience.

  • Ability to interact effectively with other individuals and groups, including the ability to accurately listen, understand, and respond appropriately and effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient working knowledge and understanding of event planning platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on several tasks at once.

  • An understanding and evaluation of the business implications of system development and maintenance issues.
