Job Title: Engagement Specialist
Location: Escondido, CA (Hybrid after training)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement Specialist to join our team in Escondido on a contract basis through the end of December, with the potential for the role to extend further. The position will follow a hybrid schedule after the training period, allowing for both remote and in-office work.
As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns. Your role will involve maintaining communication across multiple channels, gathering client feedback, and providing information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and schedule referrals, update tracking tools, and process supportive services
Gather data for reports and enter journal entries in compliance with State requirements
Communicate with participants, project units, and County to verify eligibility and encourage appointment attendance
Maintain and reconcile caseloads, track participant status, and ensure accurate case notes
Review performance reports, identify data trends, and resolve discrepancies
Perform general office tasks and complete required reports
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Valid CA drivers license
Prior experience in customer service or office administration role
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite, hybrid after training
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST
Details:
Contract role till end of December, potential to go permanent

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
