Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Euclid, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to address queries and issues.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Support audits and financial reviews as needed.

  • Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
