Location: Eugene, OR (Fully Onsite)
Duration: Temp and Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $21 - $23.50 per hour
Dress Code: Relaxed business casual – jeans are acceptable
Parking: Available
Timeline: ASAP
Hours/Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage order volume and process order entries efficiently
- Support inventory management, manufacturing, and data entry tasks
- Handle occasional customer communication as needed
- Work closely with both the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with project management and sales support admin tasks
- Think creatively to address and resolve complex situations
- Experience with consumer goods, large account management, or order management is preferred
- Strong aptitude with numbers and data entry
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams and adaptable to various personalities
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and EDI systems is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong proficiency in math and numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
