LHH has partnered with a growing consumer products company in the Dallas- Fort Worth area looking to hire a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Looking for a results-driven FP&A Manager to be a key player in shaping the financial future. As FP&A Manager, you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering cross functionally with different business groups, operations and executive leadership. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking meets deep analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has a passion for translating financial data into meaningful business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across departments.

  • Evaluate customer and product profitability to guide strategic pricing and growth.

  • Create, automate, and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards.

  • Analyze marketing programs and capital projects, including ROI and post-audit evaluations.

  • Deliver ad hoc financial models and insights to support business decision-making.

  • Collaborate to streamline reporting and leverage BI tools.

  • Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

  • Contribute to M&A activities—supporting due diligence, integration, and competitive analysis.

  • Support cross-functional projects with data insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or distribution environment.

  • Experienced with budgeting, forecasting, and building complex financial models.

  • Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Advanced in Excel and familiar with BI Tools.

  • Comfortable working across both corporate and field operations.
