Main Tasks:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Responding to vendor inquiries and updating vendor accounts
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Assisting with office supplies and inventory
- Posting incoming payments if needed
- Additional projects as assigned
- At least a year of previous accounting or office experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desired
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to help out where needed and work well with others
- High attention to detail
- Temporary to hire
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fully onsite in Everett, WA
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
