Administrative Assistant
Location: Everett, WA
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
