Hourly Wage: $25-$29 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist with a strong background in banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in deposit operations, branch, or back-office roles. This position involves providing exceptional support to both external customers and internal bank customers, processing wire transfers, and maintaining IRA and HSA accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for cash management functions, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfers, Business Online Banking, and Bill Pay.
- Process check adjustments, check and ACH returns, and stop payments accurately and promptly.
- Deliver Business and Consumer Online Banking/Mobile Deposit support and training.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle Regulation E claims and disputes, legal processing, and Visa Credit Card program support.
- Reconcile daily reports, bank control accounts, and general ledgers.
- Participate in training on core banking systems, with a mix of video and hands-on 1:1 training.
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Onsite position with free parking available.

Group Life, Long Term Disability, and AD&D Benefits: Employees receive life insurance benefits equal to 2 times their annual salary, up to $300,000. Long-term disability benefits are provided at 60% of salary, up to $10,000 per month. Coverage begins on the first of the month following the hire date.
Vacation Benefits
- After 90 days: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
- After 1 year: 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.
- After 5 years: 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.
- After 10 years: 5 weeks of paid vacation per year.
- Upon promotion to Vice President: Vacation increases to 4 weeks if currently under 4 weeks.
Employees are allowed 2 PTO days per calendar year, available after the 90-day introductory period.
