Cash Reconciliation Accountant

Join our dynamic Accounting Team as a Cash Reconciliation Accountant. We're a people-first organization that values respect, inclusivity, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reconciliation of bank deposits and credit card payments to the general ledger across approximately 50 store locations

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies caused by data entry or system errors

  • Provide top-notch internal customer service by building strong working relationships with store employees and addressing questions or concerns

  • Reconcile monthly bank statements

  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all cash reconciliation processes

  • Support new store setups and contribute to process improvements

  • Assist with special projects and other accounting-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience or an Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • A customer-focused approach with a helpful and collaborative attitude

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

  • Solid understanding of financial reconciliation procedures

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

  • Proficiency with Excel required; NetSuite experience is a plus

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)


Employment Type: Full-time, onsite



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
