Leasing Specialist – Everett, WA
Pay Range: $24-27/hr
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
Join a thriving property management company as a Leasing Specialist, where you’ll support residential leasing efforts, build strong relationships with prospective tenants, and help maintain high occupancy rates. This position offers a collaborative environment with room for growth in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Showcase available units and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Assist with the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Answer leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Ensure all marketing materials, property signage, and online listings are updated.
Support lease renewals and handle resident concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
