Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable department, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee the full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively manage outstanding balances to minimize risk and improve DSO.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues and streamline workflows.
• Establish and enforce AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present AR metrics and reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in B2B is a plus.
