We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our real estate company, which primarily focuses on commercial properties but also has some residential holdings. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Ewing, NJ (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance activities.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry, particularly with commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
