We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a dynamic yet small Real Estate firm. This position presents an exciting chance to significantly contribute to the financial management of a commercial real estate portfolio.

• Compile financial statement reporting packages for executive leadership, investors, and board members.


• Evaluate new or changing factors such as lease modifications or anticipated new business to determine their accounting impacts, both short and long term.


• Manage the monthly and annual budget forecasting and reforecasting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably in the commercial sector.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and variance resolution.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
