Exciting Accounts Receivable opportunity! LHH is partnering with a company near Fairview, Oregon looking for an AR Specialist to bring to their team on a Direct Hire basis, The ideal candidate will need 2+ years of AR experience and strong customer service. This is an awesome opportunity for someone that wants to work a hybrid schedule. Below are more details.


In this job, you will:



  • Manage cash posting from two cash lockboxes and incoming wires/ACH payments


  • Process invoicing and collections of outstanding payments


  • Evaluate credit reports, customer payment history and order volume to determine credit worthiness


  • Problem solve any invoice discrepancies/questions that arise


To be a fit, you must have:



  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience


  • Strong customer service


  • Ability to multitask


  • Cash posting and cash applications experience is needed


Employment Type: Direct Hire


Compensation: $26 - 29/hr. USD


Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week


Location: Gresham, Oregon – hybrid schedule after training
