LHH is partnering with a company near Fairview, Oregon looking for an AR Specialist to bring to their team on a Direct Hire basis, The ideal candidate will need 2+ years of AR experience and strong customer service. In this job, you will:
Manage cash posting from two cash lockboxes and incoming wires/ACH payments
Process invoicing and collections of outstanding payments
Evaluate credit reports, customer payment history and order volume to determine credit worthiness
Problem solve any invoice discrepancies/questions that arise
To be a fit, you must have:
2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Strong customer service
Ability to multitask
Cash posting and cash applications experience is needed
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $26 - 29/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
Location: Gresham, Oregon – hybrid schedule after training
