LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a role in Suffolk County on Long Island. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume work environment, delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Experience with EPIC and Cisco systems is preferred. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the EPIC system.
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls using Cisco telecommunication systems.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Assist in developing customer service protocols to enhance the customer experience.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints with patience, and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
Proficiency with EPIC software and Cisco systems is strongly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
9:00am-5:00pm
