LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a role in Suffolk County on Long Island. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume work environment, delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Experience with EPIC and Cisco systems is preferred. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.


  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.


  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the EPIC system.


  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls using Cisco telecommunication systems.


  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.


  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.


  • Assist in developing customer service protocols to enhance the customer experience.


  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.


  • Handle customer complaints with patience, and escalate when necessary.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.


  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment.


  • Proficiency with EPIC software and Cisco systems is strongly preferred.


  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Hours:



  • Monday through Friday


  • 9:00am-5:00pm
