LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Generalist in Farmingdale, NJ. This position is Full time and Direct Hire it is 100% onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $55,000-$75,000. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing full cycle recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage HRIS
Prepare and maintain employee records, reports, and other documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong attention to detail
Minimum of 3-5 years
Must be fluent in Spanish
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suites and HRIS systems
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
