Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in treasury operations and accounts payable? We’re looking for a Treasury & Payables Coordinator to a team near Farmington Hills, MI and support essential financial processes, including cash management, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Support ACH and wire transfer processing while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and update financial records, assisting with month-end close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient cash management and payment processing.
Assist with treasury reporting and support ad hoc financial projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in treasury operations and/or accounts payable.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations and payment processing.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (ERP systems preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
