Supply Chain Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in the Athens, TN area. Responsibilities:
Lead in-depth analysis of supply chain data across procurement activities, inventory control, and operations, utilizing your critical thinking skills to dissect and address complex challenges.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, demand planning, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with company goals.
Monitor industry trends and evaluate supply chain technologies to improve processes and performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for senior management.
Participate in supplier negotiations and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Support the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of proven experience in supply chain management, focusing on analysis, planning, or a similar capacity.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools SQL and PowerBi required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain fundamentals, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines
Details: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Pay: $65k-$80k; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
