$20.00 - $20.00 per Hour
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our client’s business by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
Make 350-400 dials a day
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on our products/services to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, follow-up, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Compensation
$20/hr base + bonuses/commission
Average producer earns between $2,000 and $9,000 a month in bonuses
Location
Fishers, IN
100% onsite for first 90 days- then able to work 2 days a week from home
