Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Operations Analyst on behalf of our client in Florence, KY. This 1st shift, contract to hire role offers a competitive hourly wage and the chance to work with a dynamic and growing team. Essential Functions:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Gather and analyze membership and organizational data to identify key trends and metrics.

    • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help internal and external customers understand department and business performance.

    • Develop and maintain reporting tools.

    • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

  • Opportunity Identification:

    • Identify specific opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

    • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.

    • Proactively identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline and simplify processes.

  • Project Management:

    • Work with the Director to define project objectives and build detailed project plans for the department, including all moving pieces around appeals/mailings.

    • Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule department projects based on department and business goals and initiatives.

    • Coordinate with IT, Fundraising, and other internal teams to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and satisfy the needs of the department.

  • System Analysis and Improvement:

    • Provide analysis of department systems, such as SharePoint, CRM, Convention Web Application, and Membership Database.

    • Test business processes and recommend improvements.

  • Expert Representation:

    • Effectively represent the department as the subject matter expert in convention registration, credentials, and roll call voting.

    • Lead “on-call” application support.

    • Travel to National Convention may be required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Two years of experience in Direct Marketing or Direct Mail (or any combination of education and experience that provides the skills and abilities to perform the job required).

  • Thorough understanding of Direct Marketing and Digital Campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient working knowledge and understanding of event planning platforms.

  • Ability to communicate messages effectively in writing, including the ability to explain technical issues to a variety of audiences with varying levels of knowledge and experience.

  • Ability to interact effectively with other individuals and groups, accurately listening, understanding, and responding appropriately and effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on several tasks at once.

  • Understanding and evaluation of the business implications of system development and maintenance issues.
