Property Administrator – Northern Kentucky

Location: Florence, KY

Employment Type: Full-Time, First Shift (No Weekends)

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour

Experience Required: 1–3 years in property administration

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support our client’s property management operations in Northern Kentucky. This is a first-shift role with no weekend responsibilities, ideal for candidates looking to grow within a professional and supportive environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support, including phone coverage, report preparation, filing, and correspondence distribution

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events

  • Assist with lease administration, including tenant communication and insurance documentation

  • Prepare and manage bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations

  • Track and manage contracts and certificates of insurance

  • Monitor property maintenance work orders and generate monthly status reports

  • Maintain lease, contract, and purchase order systems

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients; track service calls as needed

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as annual budget preparation

  • Process staff hours, tenant bill-backs, expense reports, meter readings, and check requests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must have 1–3 years of experience in property administration

  • Must have excellent Excel skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with decision-makers

  • Customer service experience is a plus
