Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Florence, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making.

   • Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and operational data.

   • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with various departments.

   • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.

   • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.

3. Reporting:

   • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

   • Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial performance.

   • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

4. Strategic Planning:

   • Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.

   • Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and strategic initiatives.

   • Provide insights and recommendations to support long-term business objectives.

5. Process Improvement:

   • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial analysis and reporting.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

   • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
