LHH is assisting our client in their search for a Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting and External Reporting. This will be a temporary assignment to start, but could have permanent potential for the right candidate. In this role, the Senior Accountant will prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q).

This will be a remote role to start, but eventually will be hybrid in Florham Park, NJ.

Job Overview:

• Prepare and review all SEC filings, including form 10-Q and Form 10-K

• Preparing XBRL information for SEC filings

• Assist with preparation of Section 16 filings (Form 3s and Form 4s)

• Preparing and document quarterly stock-based compensation calculations

• Effectively present technical accounting guidance to peers, senior management, and auditors

• Monitor recent and proposed accounting and reporting literature and pronouncements and evaluate the impact to the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• CPA strongly preferred

• 3+ years of technical accounting and SEC experience

• Strong SEC Reporting and XBRL experience

• Advance proficiency in Workiva / Wdesk

• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

• Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
