Title - Controller
Location - Flower Mound, TX (4 Days' In-Office/Fridays Work-From-Home)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Controller with a strong background in technical accounting who is excited to bring their knowledge to a high-growth organization. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations.
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical accounting roles.
Previous experience in public accounting.
Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
