LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Rep. This role will be 100% onsite based out of Folsom, CA and will be a direct hire opportunity. The role will be focused on assisting our client's members with general inquiries about their benefits and healthcare coverage. This will be a high-volume, phone-centric role and interested candidates must have excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years experience within a call center environment, preferably healthcare related
- Must be proficient within Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to other software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to remain calm under pressure and meet production metrics
- Ability to work within different software systems throughout the day
- Strong customer service skills and able to make sound judgment calls under pressure
