Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Onsite in Folsom, CA 95630

Schedule: Must be flexible to start between 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM

Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare related customer service and medical call center experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in the coordination of services and appointments.

  • Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and services.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a medical call center environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to customer service.

  • Flexibility to start between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
