We are hiring for a Financial Analyst in Fond du lac, WI. This is a newly created position for a growing manufacturer. You will provide financial and operational analysis under the leadership of the Controller. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all inventory accounting

• Provide financial and plant performance metrics to leadership

• Assist with financial planning and analysis

• Support AP/AR colleagues when needed

• Provide monthly and yearly reporting and assist with month end close

Requirements:

• Five or more years of manufacturing accounting experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Detail oriented and deadline driven

• Comfortable working in ERP systems and MS Excel
