Are you an HR professional with a few years of multi-site HR experience within manufacturing, passionate about recruiting, an incredibly strong self-starter and creative problem solver, and data savvy?
LHH has partnered with a global chemical manufacturer in the search for a Sr. HR Generalist who will cover all HR needs at their facility in the south Atlanta metro as well as support HR across three other facilities within the US. The ideal candidate brings about 5 years of HR experience supporting HR across multiple manufacturing sites, heavy recruiting experience as well as employee engagement and employee relations experience, is willing to work 100% onsite, brings expertise in ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors, and is SHRM certified. Perks & Compensation
$85k - $95k + 10% bonus potential

This position will report to the corporate HR Manager and not to plant managers
Responsibilities
Individual contributor role supporting HR across 4 facilities total overseeing all aspects of HR and acting as primary point of contact for the 150 employees at these sites
Partner with regional and site managers, acting as primary point of contact and business partner for their HR needs
Spearhead the entire talent acquisition cycle for the sites, owning the onboarding and offboarding processes as well
Actively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes at respective sites, providing solutions quickly
Work with managers on succession plans for specific and central talent and positions
Direct, conduct, and steer employee investigations
Manage unemployment claims and outside charges
Proactively collect and examine data and HR information to distinguish trends and recommend solutions and strategies for overcoming challenges specific to respective manufacturing sites including employee retention, exit interview data, etc…
Lead meetings with corporate management and site management regarding respective manufacturing sites.
Catch and resolve issues and needs before they arise
Travel twice a year (at minimum) to the three other manufacturing sites.
Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors experience
SHRM, PHR, or HRCI certified
5+ years of multi-site HR experience in manufacturing
Demonstrated success as a self-starter and keen problem solver who acts on HR issues instantly
Strong oral and written communication skills
Incredible communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel three times a year to the 3 other sites across the US this position will be reporting to
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
