Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant logistics and leases of commercial properties
- Help manage daily operations
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Help prepare and review financial statements, budgets, CAM Reconciliation and reports, and ensure timely collection and deposit of rent.
- Oversee various real estate projects such as tenant improvements
- Manage all administrative functions of the office
- Maintain front office operations
- Sort mail, faxes, and document organization/filing
- Arrange meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist with budget preparations and some accounting support
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate
- At least 3 years of experience supporting administrative and accounting functions of an organization
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail, judgment, flexibility and dependability
- Strong business sense and ability to prioritize work
- Position continually requires poise, tact, diplomacy and initiative
- Ability to work as a part of a team, while providing a strong individual contribution
