The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in construction law.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage transactional contract work and litigation related to construction projects.
Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and draft motions.
Provide counsel during various stages of construction projects.
Engage in arbitrations and other dispute resolution processes.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction cases.
Strong understanding of construction law and related legal principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
