This contract-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a top-tier law firm renowned for its supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transactional contract work and manage litigation related to construction projects.

  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and draft motions.

  • Provide legal counsel throughout various stages of construction projects.

  • Participate in arbitrations and other dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a specialization in construction cases.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction law and related legal principles.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
