Construction Paralegal – Ft. Lauderdale – on-site
Pay: $80K-$110K
Open to candidates that don’t have construction litigation (just need strong trial experience in Florida)

LHH is seeking an experienced Construction Paralegal to join our client’s team in Fort Lauderdale. Our client specializes in representing contractors and subcontractors in true commercial construction matters (not construction defect litigation). The ideal candidate will have Florida trial experience and the ability to manage a variety of litigation tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of Florida state, federal, and arbitration cases.
- Draft and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and attend trials as needed.
- Manage case files and ensure timely deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of Florida litigation experience required (construction litigation is a plus).
- Trial experience is required.
- Familiarity with commercial litigation processes (state, federal, and arbitration).
- 4+ years of Florida litigation experience required (construction litigation is a plus).
- No billable hour requirements.
- 401K

- Year-end bonuses tied to performance.
- Work in a modern downtown office
- Virtual interview with HR Manager.
- Final onsite interview with 1–2 attorneys.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
