A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with 2–3 years of hands-on litigation experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact cases in construction law and commercial litigation.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Organizing case files, pleadings, and legal documentation

  • Drafting, editing, and submitting filings to courts and regulatory bodies

  • Managing attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling logistics

  • Coordinating depositions, hearings, and client meetings

  • Conducting legal research and background checks

  • Acting as a communication bridge between attorneys, clients, and courts

  • Supporting billing processes and time entry finalization

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in construction or commercial law

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and proofreading abilities

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

  • Prior legal admin experience is a plus
