Job Title: Admin Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary)

Job Description:

We are a small accounting firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with filing and organizing documents.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.
  • Support client-related administrative activities.
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

  • This position is 100% onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • The role is part-time and temporary, with a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
