• Provide support in corporate and commercial real estate transactions (no residential closings).
• Draft, review, and negotiate documents including purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional materials.
• Assist with entity formation, acquisitions, corporate compliance, and contract preparation.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping (no billable requirements).
• Organize and manage legal files, ensuring all documents are properly maintained and accessible.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to facilitate smooth closings and address any transactional issues.

• Minimum 5+ years in transactional law (corporate/real estate)
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate laws and corporate legal principles.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Paralegal certificate (preferred).
