Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $95,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
LHH is seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to join our client’s law firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in corporate and commercial real estate transactions (no residential closings).
- Draft, review, and negotiate documents including purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional materials.
- Assist with entity formation, acquisitions, corporate compliance, and contract preparation.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping (no billable requirements).
- Organize and manage legal files, ensuring all documents are properly maintained and accessible.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to facilitate smooth closings and address any transactional issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years in transactional law (corporate/real estate)
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate laws and corporate legal principles.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Paralegal certificate (preferred).
