Our client at LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce products or services and generate qualified sales leads.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and stay up to date on new products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, including accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM software.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
Quoting & Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, proposals, and contracts based on customer needs and company guidelines.
Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with prospective clients and existing customers to close deals and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, marketing team, and other departments to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives set by the company.
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide detailed product information in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports to management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in [industry].
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation and closing skills
High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset
Time management and organizational skills
