Position: Patient Information Coordinator (PIC)
Location: Fort Mohave, AZ
Pay: $17-$18 per hour

Job Description:
As a Patient Information Coordinator (PIC), you will be an integral part of our client's healthcare team, ensuring that patient information is accurately recorded and maintained. You will be responsible for managing patient records, coordinating information flow, and providing exceptional support to both patients and healthcare providers. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and update patient information in the healthcare system.
  • Coordinate the flow of patient information between departments and healthcare providers.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Ensure patient records are up-to-date and securely maintained.
  • Address patient inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Support healthcare providers with administrative tasks related to patient information.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are a plus.
