LHH is currently recruiting on behalf of a corporate financial services client that is in need of multiple Remote Lien and Garnishment Processors for our clients internal legal team.

Candidates with a demonstrated experience processing claims and attaching garnishments, liens and levies are encouraged to apply.

Ideally candidates will have experience supporting creditors, banks or debt collection companies as part of their related work experience.

This 100% remote role will ask candidates to:

• Maintain a track activities on each file.

• Experience with 1099-k tax forms corrections is a bonus and highly sought after.

• Attaching garnishments, levies and liens.

• Communicate with various creditors, taxing authorities, attorneys and officers of the court to process necessary paperwork.

• Experience with related banking software.

This is a full time role that will ask one to work normal core business hours for at least 3 months but could go much longer.

Competitive candidates must have 1+ year of on point experience and be available to work immediately. If you are interested we are eager to hear from you ASAP.
