Codes invoices.
Processes invoices and expense reports into the computer system.
Generates accounts payable checks.
Researches vendor statements and payment issues.
Scans invoices into Enterprise Content Management System (ECM).
Maintains maintenance of master vendor files.
Prints month-end reports (example: AP Aging, Posted Payment).
Matches POs to invoices.
Processes “hand checks” from Daily Cash Report and reconciles Oracle transaction activity to Disbursements page of Daily Cash Report and reports differences to the AP/AR Supervisor.
Determines proper approvals obtained on invoices and checks.
Recognizes discrepancies and takes initiative to resolve and informs supervisor.
Processes information to file 1099 forms for IRS.
Demonstrates advanced functionality of Oracle Accts Payable software.
Trains and supports AP staff of subsidiaries as appropriate.
Provides detailed written procedures for processes utilized as requested.
Recognizes needed improvements and suggests improvements to internal processes.
