Title: AP Team Lead
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140
Pay Range: $55K-$65k annually
Schedule:
On-site for the first 6 months
Hybrid (1 day/week WFH) after initial periodIndustry
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist with strong multi-entity experience to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the Controller with accurate and timely financial operations across 11 locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping financials clean and organized, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inter-company billables, journal entries, and invoicing across multiple entities
Maintain organized and accurate records for 11 locations
Perform credit card reconciliations and ACH payments (every Tuesday)
Assist with AP tasks during month-end close to ensure deadlines are met
Support invoice entry during high-volume periods
Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs) for financial analysis and reporting
Work with QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting functions
Qualifications:
Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs required)
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
