Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for plant employees

• Process payroll and administer employee benefits.

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

• Assist with recruiting, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration.

• General understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annually

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76153
