As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with experience in legal research, drafting, and eDiscovery management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case summaries and chronologies.

  • Draft and finalize legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.

  • Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing and trial preparation, including witness interviews, deposition summaries, and preparing exhibits.

  • Manage the electronic discovery process, including utilizing Relativity or similar eDiscovery software.

  • Organize and maintain case files electronically and in hard copy.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work performed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant legal experience.

  • Proven experience in complex litigation paralegal work.

  • Trial attendance and preparation experience

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with eDiscovery management software, preferably Relativity.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
