LHH is assisting a mid-size boutique law firm located in Fort Worth, TX, find a Commercial Litigation Paralegal. At this firm, you would not be assigned to a specific attorney. You would work closely with all the attorneys across all departments.
Benefits:
- Salary ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 DOE
- Eligible for Bonus
- Full benefits
- $125 Parking allowance
- After probationary period, you would be able to work a hybrid/remote schedule
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal Certificate
- Must know iManage, Coyote, and NextPoint
- Strong Legal Research skills
- Drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Document preparation and review
Practice Areas:
- Complex Commercial Litigation (primary)
- Bankruptcy (firm-related cases)
- Intellectual Property
- Insurance Defense
- Construction Litigation
- Professional Liability
- Variety of litigation support projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support litigation attorneys on various assignments/projects
- Handle full-cycle litigation support, including pre-trial and trial prep, and trial assistance
- Work on multiple active matters across departments
- Track case progress and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting needs
