Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX (3 Days' In-Office/2 Days' Work-From-Home)

Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000 + Bonus + Company Perks

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Fort Worth. As a key member of the department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing their financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They are a well-known, publicly-traded organization and will provide a vast amount of exposure to upper-level Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and consolidation of internal and external financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and other regulatory filings as necessary.

• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Treasury, and Legal, to support financial reporting requirements and address accounting issues.

• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and implement necessary adjustments.

• Lead and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Support external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA is required

• 5+ years' progressive experience within financial reporting, preferably with prior exposure to Public Accounting

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting

• Experience with financial consolidations and reporting systems; proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
